I spent 18 years working as a Medical Secretary in a busy NHS London Teaching Hospital, the last 15 years of which were spent in the ENT Department where I became Office Manager. In the year 2000, I was keen for a new challenge and to broaden my horizons and left the NHS to become Practice Manager and Medical Secretary in Mr Hinton's Private Medical Practice.
